Cuff Covers was designed and developed by two law enforcement officers with 50 combined years of experience in law enforcement and 15 years of prisoner transport experience each. We understand the challenges law enforcement face during prisoner transports and escorts in the public view. We created Cuff Covers with safety in mind, combining security and concealment.
